Do you need to stream an MP3 to your computer and have found that winamp doesn’t buffer enough? Are your podcasts stopping and starting?

Well here is a very simple way to increase the buffer.

1. Open Winamp.

2. Open the options then open preferences.

Winamp Preferences3. Go to Plugins and then input.

Winamp Preferences4. Go to Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder.

Winamp MPEG Audio Decoder5. Click Configure.

Winamp Configure6. Go to Streaming.

Winamp Streaming Settings7. Change the streaming data buffer from the default 64kb to whatever works for you.
